Traditional feature and video animators typically use the results by printing the postscript file on their printer. There are 13"x17" format postscript laser printers available on the market (from Apple, for example). Also you can print the file on 8.5"x11" paper and then xerox it up to the desired paper size,if your laser printer won't handle the paper format you want. Finally, you can pay for expenses and time for Sprex employees to manually print the output on 8.5"x11" paper and FedEx them to you (billing you expenses plus time). Ask if you want 13"x17" output, we may be able to do that but we haven't found a printer to do it yet.
Computer-generated animation users may not want to put the X sheets onto paper at all. They may also have their own distinctive format in which to receive the results, since a frame-by-frame postscript file may not be the best thing for their purposes. If you want the output in a different format, let us know and we'll see about making it for you, for a nominal, one-time programming fee.
Other kinds of users, such as game makers or scientists, will also have their own preferred formats and uses.
