Platforms

ANSRTM is platform independent, so you are not forced to pay monopoly OS licensing fees in order to operate a speech enabled platform.

ANSRTM client software can be ported to arbitrary lightweight OSes for a reasonable development fee plus technical support.

ANSRTM servers presently run on network server OSes such as Linux. Solaris, FreeBSD, and other Un*x OSes can be provided easily. Please inquire if you are interested in Windows 2000 or Windows XP versions of the server programs.

ANSR is immediately available on:

  • Linux (RedHat 8.0, RedHat 6.2 and Mandrake 8.1)
  • Windows XP (Windows XP Pro)
  • Windows 2000 (Windows 2000 Pro)
  • Windows CE 3.0/Pocket PC 2002 (client library only).
Additional platforms supported via special order include:
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Red Hat Fedora Project Linux
  • MAC OS X
  • Solaris
  • FreeBSD
  • Other Unix/Linux OSs.
Other operating systems may be supported according to customer interest (if you will give us a preinstalled box and provide sysadmin and salary support for our engineering resources for the duration of the porting project, then we'll try to do it).
